Overview (The Druk Path Trek)
Embark on a compact yet captivating trekking adventure through Bhutan’s highlands. Traverse lush alpine woodlands, glistening mountain lakes, and elevated ridgelines that reveal sweeping views of the kingdom’s tallest Himalayan giants. This journey takes you over two scenic high-altitude passes — Phume La (4,210m) and Simkota (4,110m) — with your highest overnight stay beside the tranquil Sikota Tsho lake (4,110m).
Arrive at Paro International Airport, check-into hotel, sightseeing in Paro
Steep uphill along dirt track reaching half point cafe, gradual sloap and downhill on steps and back up stairs to the monastery
